Neighbourhood Plan

Your chance to influence the Linkinhorne Neighbourhood Plan

Your Linkinhorne Neighbourhood Plan is continuing to evolve and it’s now your chance to influence and affect its outcome. The next public display of the Neighbourhood Plan will be held in

Linkinhorne Parish Hall on the 20th Sept, between 17:00 and 20:00.

Constructive views and opinions are eagerly sought so that the final plan will feel truly owned by our community. Our plan aligns with the new Cornwall Local Plan but will proudly show a Linkinhorne stamp and character. Please take the opportunity to have a look, chat and comment.

A draft copy of the Linkinhorne Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan and NDP Questionnaire are now available at the top of the downloaded documents section to your right . This document is for discussion only

Linkinhorne Parish has been accepted by Cornwall Council as a designated Neighbourhood Area. The parish is now free to produce a Neighbourhood Development Plan, laying out what people in the parish want it to look like in future. The Neighbourhood Planning Working Party, set up in October 2013, has co-ordinated the consultation process to date. The results of this process can be seen in the documents on this website. Future activity will be documented in the same way. Please also check your local parish noticeboard and/or The Link regularly for announcements.

The Linkinhorne Neighbourhood Development Plan interim working party consists of:

  • Cllr Christine Hordley hordley@uk2.net
  • Cllr Andy Ward andy.ward007@yahoo.co.uk
  • Cllr David Lobban davidlobban@penrilla.co.uk

The e-mail address for general NDP enquiries is ndpling@btinternet.com

The Neighbourhood Plan for Linkinhorne Parish will take account of the interests of all and meetings are open to everyone.
